Ansible Automation Engineer (ID: 3615)

As an Ansible Automation Engineer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Ansible Core, roles, collections, and Jinja2 templating. Administer and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AWX/Tower), including upgrades, workflows, and RBAC. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Git, code reviews, linting, and CI/CD pipelines. Manage and support Linux systems, including administration, networking basics, and security. Work with container technologies such as Docker/Podman and handle execution environments and image management. Integrate automation solutions with tools like CyberArk, cloud platforms, and ITSM systems. Develop reusable modules and collections (Python knowledge is a plus). Ensure secure automation practices, including least privilege, secrets management, and compliance. What You Bring to the Table: 4-7 years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Core and Automation Platform (AWX/Tower). Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD practices. Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals. Experience with container technologies (Docker/Podman). Exposure to integrations with CyberArk, cloud providers, or ITSM tools. Familiarity with Python for automation and module development (preferred). Knowledge of security best practices such as RBAC, secrets management, and compliance automation. You should possess the ability to: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared solutions. Mentor and support team members to enhance overall team capability.
