As a Azure DevOps Platform Engineer, you will: Administer, maintain, and enhance enterprise development tooling platforms supporting software delivery and CI/CD processes. Manage GitHub Enterprise environments, including repository governance, organization management, branch protection policies, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot adoption. Configure and support Azure DevOps services, including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts. Build, optimize, and maintain secure, scalable, and compliant CI/CD pipelines. Support and administer collaboration and planning platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Azure Boards, and related development tools. Contribute to cloud migration initiatives, including the migration of development tooling platforms from AWS to Azure. Develop automation solutions and operational tooling using Python or C#. Collaborate closely with product teams to understand development challenges and deliver effective technical solutions. Participate in operational support, troubleshooting, platform maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote DevOps best practices, automation, platform standardization, and engineering excellence across development teams. Work within Agile and DevOps delivery models, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous delivery objectives. What You Bring to the Table: 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Development Tooling Administration. Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration, governance, repository management, branch strategies, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot. Solid experience with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, Boards, and Artifacts. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud platform administration. Experience developing automation and platform solutions using Python or C#. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and software delivery best practices. Experience working with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. Familiarity with source control management, backlog management, and portfolio management tooling. Understanding of cloud migration strategies and platform modernization initiatives. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Design, implement, and support enterprise-scale development tooling platforms. Automate operational processes and improve developer productivity through platform engineering solutions. Govern source control environments and enforce development standards and security policies. Support complex cloud migration and platform transformation projects. Troubleshoot platform, pipeline, and tooling issues across development environments. Collaborate effectively with engineers, product owners, architects, and operations teams. Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, scalability, security, and user experience.
