As a CyberArk PAM Specialist, you will: Provide L2/L3 support for CyberArk PAM incidents, service requests, and operational activities. Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP. Monitor CyberArk platform health and ensure optimal system performance. Troubleshoot CPM password rotation, reconciliation, and password synchronization issues. Support privileged session management activities including RDP and SSH access through PSM. Onboard and manage privileged accounts across Windows, SSH, databases, and web applications. Analyze logs, investigate incidents, and resolve platform-related issues within SLA timelines. Participate in CyberArk platform upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery activities. Collaborate with stakeholders and security teams to ensure secure privileged access management practices. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on CyberArk PAM experience. CyberArk Defender Certification. Strong experience with CyberArk Core PAS components including Password Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, and PSMP. Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) fundamentals and privileged access management concepts. Experience onboarding privileged accounts across Windows, SSH, database, and web application platforms. Hands-on experience managing password vault operations and privileged account lifecycle management. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within CyberArk environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You Should Possess the Ability to: Diagnose and resolve CyberArk platform issues efficiently. Manage password rotation, reconciliation, and privileged session management activities. Perform account onboarding and platform administration tasks with accuracy and security. Support incident, change, and problem management processes. Analyze system logs and proactively identify platform issues. Work collaboratively with infrastructure, security, and application teams. Ensure compliance with security policies and privileged access governance requirements. Support business continuity through disaster recovery and platform maintenance activities.
