Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer (ID:3816)

As a Senior TIBCO BPM & Integration Developer, you will: Design, develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade integration and business process solutions using TIBCO technologies. Develop and support applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x). Build and enhance integrations involving RESTful web services, JSON, XML, Java, JavaScript, and SQL-based systems. Monitor application performance, system health, and operational alerts through Azure Analytics and related monitoring tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum environments to deliver high-quality business solutions. Participate in CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency, reliability, and automation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. Contribute to architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to development standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on enterprise integration and business process management solutions. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO AMX BPM 4.x, and TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x). Strong experience in Azure Analytics, including monitoring, alerting, and operational support. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, REST Web Services, JSON, XML, and UML. Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and DevOps-driven environments, with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices. Relevant certifications including Azure Fundamentals, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO BPM Enterprise (BPME 5.x), and TIBCO Cloud Integration. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability, coupled with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and learning new technologies.
