Platform Engineer (ID: 3837)

As a Platform Engineer, you will: Support and maintain CI/CD platform tooling and infrastructure used by large-scale engineering teams. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure environments, primarily on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes. Provide L2 operational support for critical business applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines with a strong focus on automation and operational excellence. Support self-service onboarding processes and infrastructure automation initiatives. Collaborate with DevOps teams to standardize infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational practices. Troubleshoot platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues across multiple environments. Contribute to infrastructure alignment, security compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with development teams to improve platform adoption and developer experience. Promote DevOps and SecDevOps best practices through automation, monitoring, and continuous delivery processes. What You Bring to the Table: Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) administration and operations. Experience with Ansible and infrastructure automation. Knowledge of CI/CD tools, pipeline creation, and deployment automation. Experience providing L2 support for critical business applications Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and operational tasks. Understanding of Agile ways of working and DevOps methodologies. Exposure to software artifact repository tools and platform engineering concepts is advantageous. Familiarity with security, compliance, and SecDevOps practices. You should possess the ability to: Design, implement, and support scalable cloud infrastructure solutions. Automate operational processes and reduce manual intervention through scripting and tooling. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, platform, and application issues efficiently. Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable secure and reliable software delivery. Work effectively in a collaborative Agile and DevOps environment. Prioritize and manage multiple operational incidents and support requests. Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Learn new technologies quickly and apply them to platform improvements. Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and operational excellence.
