Project Manager - IT Delivery (ID: 3851)

As a Project Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects supporting semiconductor manufacturing, engineering systems, and high-availability production environments Define project scope, requirements, milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans using structured project management methodologies Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance documentation Drive projects impacting manufacturing systems, engineering applications, automation platforms, and enterprise IT solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, production, system integration teams, and external partners Ensure smooth project execution with minimal operational disruption while maintaining system reliability and business continuity Manage project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the delivery lifecycle Coordinate vendor activities, system integrators, and technology partners to ensure successful project outcomes Plan and execute releases, deployments, and transition activities aligned with operational requirements Provide regular project reporting, milestone tracking, dashboards, and stakeholder updates Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilization activities Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards, and operational processes What You Bring to the Table: 10+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably within IT delivery or enterprise technology environments Strong experience managing complex IT projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization Proven experience working with structured project methodologies, including Waterfall-based delivery Experience managing projects in high-availability, production-critical, or engineering environments Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, technical, and operational teams Experience managing project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines Strong understanding of IT governance, change management, and implementation processes Experience coordinating vendors, partners, and cross-functional delivery teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, precision-driven environments You Should Possess the Ability To: Drive successful project execution while balancing business objectives, technical requirements, and operational constraints Manage complex stakeholder landscapes and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Identify potential delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards Lead teams through change and support continuous improvement initiatives Work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across global teams What We Bring to the Table: Opportunity to work on large-scale technology initiatives in a high-tech engineering environment Exposure to complex IT delivery programs supporting critical business operations Collaborative environment with cross-functional teams and technology experts Opportunity to contribute to innovative projects with significant operational impact Professional growth opportunities through challenging enterprise-level projects Let’s Connect Want to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
