Responsibilities

→Write and review code, and deploy systems that facilitate our business
→Participate in application design and architecture reviews
→Engage in an agile, iterative software development process
→Inspire excellence through strong leadership and coaching/ mentorship
→Collaborate closely with business, product and engineering stakeholders
→Break down complex problems into simple, creative, and effective solutions
→Build solutions for high availability, observability, and maintainability
→Provide support for all aspects of the part of the platform you own

~6+ years of software engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Engineering/Mathematics/Computer Science)
Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and associated web development frameworks (e.g. React) with a proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications
Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language Python, Node.js, Go, or Java.
Experience in designing, delivering, and securing data-rich web applications
Strong communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
Interest in finance and ability to quickly learn new business concepts.
Ability to think strategically and act tactically with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated curiosity, analytical skills, and resourcefulness with a proven record of ownership and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
