Drive Ecommerce Growth Across Multiple Channels
Standard Fiber is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead the daily operations and performance of our ecommerce business. This position offers the opportunity to manage multiple digital sales channels, influence business decisions and work directly with the Director of Ecommerce to drive profitable growth.
We're looking for a commercially minded manager who understands that successful ecommerce is about more than generating sales. It requires effective merchandising, strong financial performance, operational execution and collaboration across the business.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily ecommerce operations across direct-to-consumer (DTC), marketplaces, retail partner websites and approved social commerce channels.
- Develop and execute ecommerce operating plans aligned with revenue, profitability and growth objectives.
- Monitor sales, margins, conversion, customer acquisition and other performance indicators, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Manage product launches, promotions and the ecommerce calendar.
- Direct digital merchandising, product content, assortment planning and customer experience improvements.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Product Development and Supply Chain to coordinate ecommerce initiatives.
- Develop sales forecasts, analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
- Establish operating priorities, lead ecommerce projects and manage assigned employees and external partners.
- Evaluate new ecommerce channels, technologies and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Five or more years of ecommerce experience, including DTC and marketplace operations.
- At least two years of ecommerce management or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing ecommerce revenue, profitability, forecasting and operational performance.
- Strong knowledge of digital merchandising, ecommerce analytics and omnichannel retail.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, web analytics, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make independent business decisions and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
