They are accountable for delivering business outcomes and representing Starbucks brand through technology and analytics products that delight customers, simplify work for baristas and support partners, and ensure reliability and scalability. These teams define the vision and strategy for our digital experiences, shape the product roadmap, and lead execution to bring that roadmap to life. As a digital product manager, senior on the Digital Marketing & Communications portfolio team, you will be accountable for delivering features and experiences on our North American web properties that deliver against our customer needs, business goals, and create efficient workflows for the end users of our content management systems. Often you will be defining and launching new, complex features and experiences with interdependencies across other products or aspects of the customer experience. You will: * Create a web strategy to deliver key user & business outcomes under the guidance of Group Manager, Digital Product * Lead product discovery process including ideation, opportunity assessment & business casing * Build alignment, excitement, and drive adoption on a vision across a wide group of business stakeholders * Oversee development & execution of product roadmap while managing trade offs * Work with cross-functional partners across marketing, product and engineering to ensure successful development, launch and adoption of features * Champion inclusive design and accessibility standards across all web experiences, partnering with UX, accessibility, and engineering to ensure our web properties can be navigated by every customer * Monitor post launch performance & quickly analyze and synthesize web analytics, customer feedback, and business KPIs into a clear narrative for stakeholders * Actively mentor and develop junior product managers, contributing to team capability and a strong product culture * Partner with SEO analyst to execute strategies to improve web discoverability across search and AI-powered answer engines We’d love to hear from people with... * Minimum 5+ years of progressive responsibility in Digital Product Management * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficient with the application of quantitative and qualitative data analysis * Curious, highly motivated self starter * Proven track record delivering B2C web-based experiences, including content-managed marketing surfaces * Experience managing multiple business stakeholders across a complex organization * Experience with customer research design and experiment design and A/B testing * Experience collaborating with Engineering and Technical Product Management to deliver product roadmap. * Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or equivalent CMS * Strong UX sensibility and experience working closely with design teams to advocate for the customer experience in product decisions * Preferred Qualifications * Bachelors degree in business, marketing, computer science, or engineering * Familiarity with AI-powered search, generative AI tools, or experience with AEO and LLM-driven content strategies * Familiarity with web marketing, SEO/AEO, or digital content strategy in a B2C context As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
