This role is key to delivering strategic and operational support, including business and project planning, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, providing visibility through timely communications and operational reporting, tracking and executing core go-to-market functions, coordinating across multiple workstreams, optimizing 3rd party vendor and supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities to continuously improve. As a senior project manager, you will…. * Serve as project management lead for a variety of Starbucks Gifting & Card workstreams, scaling from routine operational tasks through to overall PM oversight of medium-size projects from kickoff to completion. * Institute structure and repeatable processes in support of business needs to drive efficiency and effectiveness. * Monitor and lead program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget, with the ability to anticipate & mitigate challenges and escalate risk when necessary to successfully gain alignment on best path forward.
