• →Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare location by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• →Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site requirements.
• →Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established procedures.
• →Help to deter unauthorized access by observing entry and exit activity, reporting unusual conditions, and communicating with appropriate site personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random patrols of designated access points, interior areas, and the property perimeter, as assigned.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
