About this role:

The Lead Maintenance Technician ensures the property is well-maintained and supports the Maintenance Supervisor or Regional Real Estate Manager in all phases of property upkeep. Responsibilities include general maintenance, preventive programs, and adherence to safety standards.

Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ability to understand, read, and write basic English to effectively respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Incumbent must have reliable transportation available and have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as travel to may be required.
