Position Summary
The Billing & Administrative Support Specialist will assist with billing-related tasks, documentation review, communication, and administrative coordination.
While prior medical billing experience is helpful, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with billing preparation and follow-up
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Communicate with staff regarding missing information
- Help coordinate billing-related deadlines and workflows
- Track tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable internet connection (for remote employees)
Preferred
- Medical billing experience
- Healthcare administrative experience
- Experience working with spreadsheets and databases
- Experience coordinating schedules or managing complex workflows
