Digital Printer Center Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour
Overtime Pay: $27.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

We are hiring a Digital Printer Center Associate to support production and warehouse operations at a packaging facility in Indianapolis. This position involves light-duty work, assisting with digital printing operations, handling printed materials, and helping ensure products meet quality standards.

• →Assist with daily digital printing and production activities.
• →Help prepare materials and supplies for printing jobs.
• →Load, unload, sort, and organize printed materials as needed.
• →Inspect printed products for quality, accuracy, and defects.
• →Package and prepare finished products for the next stage of production.
• →Maintain an organized and clean work area.
• →Follow production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
• →Assist team members with general warehouse and light-duty production tasks.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, printing, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
