Staffing Specialist

• →Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• →Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• →Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
• →Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
• →Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
• →Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
• →Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
• →Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
• →Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
• →Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
• →Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
• →Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
