Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles.
- →Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
- →Build a top-of-funnel talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, networking, referral programs, and outreach campaigns.
- →Engage diverse and qualified candidates to support hiring initiatives across a range of skilled trade functions.
- →Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline workflows.
- →Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes.
- →Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners and recruitment leads.
- →Use ADP systems in coordination with recruitment and onboarding workflows, as required.
- →Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions.
Requirements

- 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions — required.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in skilled labor roles.
- Proficient in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle.
- Hands-on experience using ADP in a recruiting or onboarding capacity.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Creative sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and data-informed recruitment practices.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions or supporting geographically distributed teams.
