At Sustainable Talent, we build high-performing teams that match our clients' goals and values. We are partnering with a leading global automotive manufacturer to staff a brand-new battery pack assembly plant in Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is a rare chance to help build a greenfield operation from the ground up.

As Quality Team Manager, you will lead the Quality organization for a new Battery Pack Assembly facility from launch through steady-state production. You will establish and champion the plant’s Quality Operating System (QOS) and serve as a key member of the Plant Operating Committee, driving quality strategy, standards, and performance.

You will oversee incoming and supplier quality, lead quality activities for new model launches, and build a strong quality culture through the mentoring and development of plant personnel.
