• →Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, reports and compliance documentation.
• →Provide first-line support to employees on HR queries, including leave, payslips, policies and benefits.
• →Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate administration and new-starter documentation.
• →Coordinate employee engagement activities, including wellness days, recognition events and team-building initiatives.
• →Provide administrative support for training coordination, including scheduling, attendance and training records.
• →Provide cross-functional HR support and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.
