Product Designer, Part-Time (RWA Project)

The company is a developer of a leading real-world asset (RWA) tokenization platform, focusing on regulatory standards and advanced financial technology. Founded in 2022, the platform bridges traditional and decentralized finance by providing secure, transparent, and compliant on-chain access to tokenized assets through regulated international entities.

We are looking for a Part-Time Product Designer to shape the user experience across our web and app interfaces. This role focuses on UI/UX design with a secondary emphasis on supporting creative and marketing assets. You will work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver intuitive, conversion-driven designs — on a flexible, part-time schedule (approximately 20 hours per week).

• →UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and app interfaces; deliver responsive designs focused on usability and conversion.
• →Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain a scalable component library and design system to ensure visual consistency across products.
• →Prototyping & Testing: Build interactive prototypes for user testing and iteration; incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into design refinements.
• →Creative Support: Produce occasional static assets for social posts, presentations, and branded content as needed.
• →Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into polished design deliverables; participate in design reviews and sprint planning.
• →Optimization: Ensure all designs are optimized for web, mobile, and various digital platforms.

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work.
• Tools: Proficient in Figma (required); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• UI/UX Principles: Solid understanding of responsive design, interaction patterns, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Communication: Able to work autonomously in a part-time capacity while keeping stakeholders aligned asynchronously.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience designing for Web3, DeFi, or fintech products.
• Motion design skills (After Effects, Lottie animations).
• Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or front-end handoff workflows.
• Experience with design systems at scale.
