About the Role

We're an on-chain prediction platform hiring a Growth Manager to own our KOL strategy across Southeast Asia. This is a network-first role — you'll identify, engage, and activate KOLs who can drive real user adoption in our target markets.

Responsibilities

→Build and manage a pipeline of KOL/KOC relationships across SEA (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, and beyond)
→Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and platforms like X Hunt to identify and qualify target KOLs
→Automate and systematise outreach workflows
→Execute co-marketing campaigns, referral activations, and community seeding with KOL partners
→During slower market periods: focus on network building so we're ready to move fast when conditions improve

Proven KOL or influencer partnership experience in crypto, gaming, or fintech
An existing network of SEA-based KOLs, community leaders, or trading influencers
Comfortable using AI tools for research and outreach (Claude, ChatGPT, X Hunt)
Self-directed — able to build processes, not just follow them
Based in or deeply familiar with SEA markets
