The Role
Talk360 is a calling app used by more than 6 million people across 190 countries — mostly migrants and travellers calling family abroad. When a payment fails or a transaction goes sideways, someone needs to dig in, work out what happened, and put it right. That’s where you come in.
We’re improving how our customer support operation works behind the scenes, and we need an extra pair of hands for the next 7 months to keep complex cases moving while we do it. The work is hands-on and detail-driven — not customer-facing call handling, but the back-office investigation that makes the customer-facing side possible.
What You’ll Do
Investigate customer cases that need a closer look — pulling transaction history, working out what happened, and finding the right resolution
Act as the bridge to our external partners when a case needs 3rd-line support
Work fraud and chargeback cases step by step, making sure nothing falls through
Resolve complex cases on time so the support agents can stay focused on talking to customers
The Team
Talk360 is a lean company, around 30 people globally. You’ll sit with the support team day-to-day, but the work touches finance, ops, and our external partners regularly. For a part-time role, the exposure is unusually wide — you’ll see how a small international company actually runs.
