Consulting Manager

We especially value knowledge in capital-intensive industries such as Oil & Gas, where complex decision environments and high-impact opportunities are central to our work. What are the position's challenges? Lead end-to-end consulting projects in capital-intensive industries, particularly Oil & Gas: team leadership, planning and managing workstreams, ensuring goal achievement and project profitability. Drive commercial development for your client portfolio: defining approach strategies, identifying business opportunities, and developing commercial proposals. Build new internal practices and contribute to the development of industry-specific services and client portfolios. Actively contribute to the growth and development of the consulting team. Profile Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory). Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (Mandatory). Advanced English (Mandatory). Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Mandatory). Previous experience in Oil & Gas, or other capital-intensive industries (Highly desirable). Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau (Desirable). High availability for travel. What do we offer?
