Our culture is built on integrity, hard work, and a commitment to honoring God in everything we do.   What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) As our Janitorial Lead, you will be the heartbeat of our cleaning operations. You won’t just be a Cleaning Supervisor; you will be a mentor who ensures our standards are met every shift.   Lead the team by checking behind cleaners to ensure the scope of work is completed. Perform general cleaning tasks including pulling trash and dusting. Maintain sanitized environments by cleaning restrooms and vacuuming. Act as the primary Lead Custodian on-site, assisting the supervisor as needed.   What You Bring To The Team Experience: 1–3 years in janitorial or custodial leadership. Physicality: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the shift.
