If yes, we are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece!
Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer interactions across phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every contact.

Provide accurate and timely responses, meeting the internal KPIs for each channel.

Process loan applications that require live agent evaluation and decision-making (KYC process).
- →
Work within a rotating shift schedule (40 hours per week)
- →
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
1 or more years of experience in a contact center environment (handling calls, chat, and emails).
Fluent level of English, both written and verbal.
Experience using customer service tools such as CRM systems, call handling platforms, live chat applications, and related support software.
Adaptable and open-minded individual with a customer-first mindset.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Friendly and open-minded individual
