If yes, we are looking for a
Customer Experience Agent to join our Team in Greece!

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer interactions across phone calls, chat, and email, ensuring an excellent customer experience in every contact.

  • Provide accurate and timely responses, meeting the internal KPIs for each channel.

  • Process loan applications that require live agent evaluation and decision-making (KYC process).

  • Work within a rotating shift schedule (40 hours per week)

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.

  • 1 or more years of experience in a contact center environment (handling calls, chat, and emails).

  • Fluent level of English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience using customer service tools such as CRM systems, call handling platforms, live chat applications, and related support software.

  • Adaptable and open-minded individual with a customer-first mindset.

  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills. Friendly and open-minded individual
