We’re looking for a Head of Lending to lead and scale our fully digital consumer lending portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role with end-to-end ownership of product performance, profitability, customer experience, and regulatory compliance. In this position will act as the business owner for Digital GPL, shaping and executing commercial strategy, pricing, and roadmap execution, while optimizing the full digital lending journey from acquisition to repayment.

  Own and drive Digital GPL P&L, revenue growth, pricing strategy, and cost efficiency.

  Define and execute the commercial strategy, product vision, roadmap, business value of product changes  in line with tbi Global and Local Business Frameworks  and a clear measurable action plan

  Constantly monitor product performance metrics and optimize performance across the full digital funnel using data, analytics, problem-solving and experimentation

  Lead continuous improvement of customer experience, lifecycle management, retention, and cross-sell

  Ensure full regulatory compliance (GDPR, AML/CTF) of the business

  Pro-actively work cross-functionally with local and global Business, Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
