Job Overview

We seek an experienced and enthusiastic Scrum Master to guide our development teams in adopting and optimizing agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master at Techdinamics, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring our teams deliver high-quality products on time. Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile best practices, ensuring alignment with the Scrum framework.
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions to maintain focus and productivity.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs, prioritize tasks, and ensure a clear vision for deliverables.
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Track and report team progress using agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile facilitation role.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proven ability to coach teams and individuals toward self-organization and high performance.
• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus.
