Onsite in Bonn, Berlin or Darmstadt As Lead Design Systems (m/f/d ) you define and evolve the vision and strategy for Telekom's design system together with Design, Engineering and Product leadership. You drive design system initiatives across cross-functional teams while providing expert design leadership and have further tasks such as: Own and evolve components, tokens, patterns and guidelines to ensure consistency, quality and accessibility. Enable designers, engineers and product teams to adopt, contribute to and continuously improve the design system. Balance standardization with flexibility, enabling innovation within shared foundations. Champion accessibility and inclusive design as core principles. Identify opportunities to improve tooling, governance and workflows while integrating emerging technologies. Mentor designers and foster excellence through coaching and knowledge sharing without direct disciplinary responsibility.
