- Act as the primary product and support specialist for our market data terminal.
- Address and resolve customer queries through support tickets and phone calls.
- Create and conduct product training sessions to educate customers.
- Author and refine knowledge base assets: Research, write, and maintain client-facing help files, user manuals, and technical release notes to empower self-service troubleshooting and accelerate customer onboarding.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to improve features and processes.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary, ensuring customers receive effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and compliance within SLA commitments.
- Create reports to support continuous improvements in customer satisfaction.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer and team-oriented
- Ability to remain steady under pressure with a constructive, solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Fluency in English
- German language skills are a plus.
