Senior Messaging Engineer

Roles & Responsiplity

· Provide 3rd line support for enterprise Messaging and Email Security platforms, ensuring high availability and rapid issue resolution.

· Design, implement, and enhance messaging solutions including Microsoft Exchange, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 technologies.

· Troubleshoot complex messaging, mail flow, security, and infrastructure issues across enterprise environments.

· Support delivery of new projects, migrations, upgrades, and system improvements within the messaging environment.

· Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and support teams to maintain secure and reliable communication services.

· Create technical documentation, maintain operational standards, and provide expert-level support and guidance to internal teams.
