Heavy Equipment Assembler

• →Insulate, armor and test small and large bore hoses.
• →Assemble heavy machinery components according to specifications and blueprints.
• →Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete assembly tasks.
• →Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure functionality and safety.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly challenges.
• →Document assembly processes and report discrepancies or concerns to supervisors.
• →Prepare and package parts for shipment according to company standards.
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
• →Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience in assembly or manufacturing of heavy equipment.
• Technical certification in a related field.
• Welding experience is a strong plus - Entry level Mig & Tig welding.
• Exposure to sandblasting, grinding wheels, paint booths.
