The Commercial Project Analyst is a key player to deploy the regional commercial strategy of Freight Forwarding supporting the regional leadership team by aligning and managing the commercial analysis of regional performance, getting involved in key accounts projects and ensuring the standardization of processes in all countries of the region in alignment with global practices.

The Commercial Project Analyst will focus on sales analysis and reporting, business analytics, Implementation projects, and leading centralized administrative activities to support the regional commercial Vice President. The Commercial Project Analyst collaborates with commercial team members on medium to large customers and opportunities to connect, coordinate and prioritize the necessary resources to support the commercial strategy, providing internal and external customers with great experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enjoys managing multiple competing priorities, is goal-oriented and driven; analytical, curious, consultative, and influential and can effectively interact, collaborate, and foster teamwork with multiple teams throughout the network.

 

  • Manage and develop sales analysis and reporting
  • Manage projects within established scope, timeline, and quality standards
  • Maintain all project related documentation, including project plans, process flows and resource requirements
  • Offer solutions for improving our tools and processes
  • Facilitate project debriefs, identifies success and opportunities for improvements, and applies learnings to future projects
  • Coach and train other team members on commercial strategies
  • Promote and lead a positive working relationship for all team members
  • Support the Regional network with direction on commercial related systems, databases, and associate processes
  • Work with business analytics teams and leaders on the creation and management of commercial analytics and commercial related key performance indicators
  • Work in partnership with commercial support team and subject matter experts on the creation of content to support commercial development needs
  • Align Regional commercial teams to optimize work and ensure proper utilization of reporting and analytics resources
  • Lead and drive large regional implementations to ensure standards and best practices are cascaded to Branch level
  • Prepare detailed reports related to commercial and general business analytics
  • Drive innovation to promote effectiveness and productivity by bringing new ideas for potential adoption
  • Successfully maintain and grow relationships with commercial leadership, internal teams, and subject matter experts
  • Ensure successful transfer of project information to appropriate teams
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the regional commercial team specific requirements

 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the Logistics or Supply Chain industry
• Proven track record of customer implementation
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, Project Management tools)
• English and Portuguese language fluency in speaking, reading, and writing
