Control Tower Manager (f/m/d)

• P&L-Verantwortung: Steuerung der wirtschaftlichen Ergebnisse der Control Tower Einheit im Einklang mit strategischen Vorgaben
• Operative Leitung: Verantwortung für das Tagesgeschäft inkl. Transportplanung (Air & Ocean), Buchung, Zollabwicklung, Zustellung sowie Kostenkontrolle
• Teamführung: Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines leistungsstarken Teams
• Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen (Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Ports, GSC)
• Performance & Prozesse: Analyse von KPIs sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung von Abläufen und Kostenstrukturen
• Kundenmanagement: Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen sowie Sicherstellung hoher Servicequalität
• Risikomanagement & Compliance: Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Minimierung operativer Risiken
• Reporting: Regelmäßige Berichterstattung zu Performance und finanziellen Kennzahlen
