Aufgaben:

Steuerung und Koordination der Transporte zum/vom Warehouse (Anlieferungen, Abholungen, Rangierbewegungen)
Abstimmung mit internen (z. B. Chauffeure, Disposition, Account Management) und externen Partnern (z. B. Kunden)
Pflege und Aktualisierung der IT-Systeme (z. B. WiaB)
Administrative Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Lagertätigkeiten
Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters bei administrativen Aufgaben
Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses sowie Eskalation bei Unregelmässigkeiten
Ansprechpartner für das Team als WiaB-Superuser
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Warehouse

Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbar
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Disposition, Organisation sowie Lager/Logistik
Erfahrung als Key User/Superuser von Vorteil
Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Belastbarkeit
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise WiaB
Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
