Industrial Project Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Industrial Project Field Sales Executive to join our growing commercial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day field sales activities, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting pipeline growth within a competitive market environment. You will play an important role in driving commercial success through proactive customer engagement and disciplined sales follow-up.
Responsibilities

- →Support pipeline development through proactive lead generation and opportunity qualification
- →Contribute to achieving annual sales targets through active field sales activities
- →Maintain accurate and timely CRM updates including customer visits, meeting notes, and opportunity tracking
- →Ensure strong pipeline visibility and disciplined CRM usage
- →Follow up on quotations, offers, and customer requests to support business conversion
- →Coordinate closely with Sales Managers, Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance teams
- →Provide market insights, customer feedback, and competitor information from field activities
- →Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and professional communication
- →Represent DP World professionally during customer meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in field sales or customer-facing roles,
- Proven hands-on experience in Project Cargo sales and industrial project logistics is mandatory for this role,
- Experience in customer visits, lead generation, and sales follow-up activities,
- Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding, or service-based industries is considered an advantage,
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365,
- Good command of English, both written and spoken,
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship management capabilities,
- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales activities,
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams,
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic field environment,
