We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Cargo Operations Executive to join our Special Cargo & Strategic Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of project cargo, OOG, heavy lift, and special cargo shipments across multiple transportation modes including ocean, road, air, intermodal, and multimodal solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operational execution, accurate documentation, cost control, and timely coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
~3 min read- →Manage end-to-end project cargo operations for OOG, heavy lift, breakbulk, and special cargo shipments
- →Coordinate shipments across ocean, road, air, intermodal, and multimodal transportation solutions
- →Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, road carriers, customs brokers, port agents, and overseas partners
- →Open and maintain job files within the operational system and ensure accurate shipment tracking
- →Prepare and manage transport documentation including B/L, AWB, CMR, and customs-related documents
- →Monitor shipment progress proactively and provide regular operational updates
- →Handle billing and invoicing processes while performing cost and revenue follow-up for each shipment file
- →Prepare Excel-based operational and shipment reports for management review
- →Identify operational risks proactively and support timely problem resolution
- →Ensure compliance with local and international regulations related to OOG, dangerous goods, and special cargo transportation
- →Support smooth communication and coordination between operations, sales, finance, and other internal departments
Your Profile:
- →Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred,
- →Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations,
- →Hands-on experience with project cargo, OOG, heavy lift, breakbulk, or special cargo operations,
- →Familiarity with multimodal transportation and operational documentation processes,
- →Knowledge of IMDG / dangerous goods regulations is considered an advantage,
- →Experience using operational systems, ERP/TMS platforms, and Excel reporting tools,
- →Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,
- →Ability to manage multiple active shipment files simultaneously,
- →Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,
- →Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams,
- →Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under pressure in dynamic operational environments,
- →Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
- →Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required,
