Responsibilities

→Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road worthiness and regulatory compliance.
→Load and unload wood residual fibre products in a safe and efficient manner.
→Ensure safe transportation of freight by securing goods while loading and unloading.
→Tarp vehicle using manual or auto tarps as available.
→Chain-up vehicle based on road conditions.
→Complete all electronic records regarding working hours, vehicle status and maintenance records using the industry’s best fleet management system, ISAAC.
→Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of each shift.

Requirements

As a member of the Sutco Transportation team, we expect you bring the following to the table:

Class 1 Driver’s Licence
Willingness to do rotational shift work
2 years of trucking experience preferred
Mountain driving and Super-B experience preferred
Clean driver’s abstract (please attach with the application)

Ability to enter the US for work purposes preferred
