Responsibilities:
- Municipal Engineering, including design of capital improvement projects, grant work, planning & zoning application reviews.
- Design roads, water, sanitary sewers, and drainage facilities.
- Preparation of construction plans and specifications, public bid documents, construction cost estimates, and associated construction documents.
- Ability to evaluate public work issues in municipalities.
- Ability to address and resolve resident complaints with respect to municipal engineering department inquiries.
- Ability to manage capital improvement construction projects with respect to deadlines and budgets.
- Be familiar with State regulations and requirements.
- Review land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property.
- Site Investigation and Due Diligence, including reviewing ordinances and utility service research.
