As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced SEO Project Manager to lead SEO initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive successful outcomes for a diverse portfolio of clients. About the Role We are looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of SEO campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role combines technical SEO expertise, project management, client communication, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing SEO strategies, monitoring performance, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while achieving client goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, proactive, and experienced managing both SEO initiatives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment. What You'll Do SEO Strategy & Performance Management Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with client objectives and performance goals. Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPIs are consistently met. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, and technical SEO initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic, and conversions. Stay current on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices. Project Management & Team Leadership Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Coordinate workflows across SEO, content, web development, design, and virtual assistant teams. Prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and ensure efficient project execution. Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal SEO processes and best practices. Client Communication & Reporting Serve as a trusted advisor for clients regarding SEO strategy and performance. Prepare and present monthly SEO reports and performance insights. Communicate progress, recommendations, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders. Manage client expectations while maintaining strong long-term relationships. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and campaign results. Technical SEO & Optimization Conduct website audits and identify technical SEO improvements. Optimize on-page and off-page SEO efforts, including link-building initiatives. Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools. Implement and monitor schema markup, site structure improvements, page speed enhancements, and mobile optimization initiatives. Support CRO and testing initiatives when applicable. Requirements 3+ years of experience in Project Management. 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience. Proven experience managing multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content strategy. Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with content, design, and development teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced agency environment. Experience presenting reports and recommendations to clients. Benefits Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 USD per month. Fully remote position from anywhere in LATAM.
