Distribution Supply Clerk

The HR Source is urgently seeking highly reliable Distribution Supply Clerks to support the client's Board of Elections. Operating out of the Largo warehouse facility, this role is critical to the logistical execution of the democratic process. You will be responsible for managing election materials, supporting polling site leadership, and processing ballots under strict deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare, organize, and distribute Election Day materials and supplies for polling locations. Facilitate and assist with the check-in process for Chief Judges. Carefully and accurately process absentee ballots and provisional ballots. Execute all duties within the prescribed timeframe directed by warehouse supervisors. Perform additional administrative and general clerk tasks as assigned within the responsibility level of the role. Mandatory Schedule & "Essential Employee" Requirements Standard Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Essential Designation: Due to the critical nature of election services, all clerks are designated as essential employees during the election cycle, which begins three months prior to the election and concludes one month after. Zero-Leave Policy: You will not be authorized to take any leave during the active election cycle. Overtime & Availability: You will be required to work specified weekends, holidays, and additional hours as necessary. Election Day: Mandatory long hours are strictly required on Election Day. Qualifications & Performance Standards Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with fellow staff members. Ability to learn, understand, and apply various provisions of the election code. High level of punctuality and accountability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment without schedule interruptions.
