Key responsibilities include: Leading patient safety and quality improvement initiatives, system-wide Managing and enhancing safety event reporting processes and systems Conducting root cause analyses and ensuring effective corrective action plans Identifying trends through data analysis and implementing proactive prevention strategies Ensuring compliance with CMS, accreditation, and regulatory standards Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to improve clinical workflows and patient outcomes Providing education, coaching, and guidance on patient safety best practices Supporting and promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the organization What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RN) required Bachelor’s degree required Experience in patient safety, quality improvement, or clinical healthcare environments Strong knowledge of CMS, DNV, and other regulatory/accreditation standards Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills Certification in Patient Safety (CPPS)certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 24 months) Make an Impact This is more than a compliance-focused role — it’s an opportunity to influence care delivery, elevate patient outcomes, and help create a safer healthcare environment for both patients and providers.
