The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and white-glove service organization to hire a Project Coordinator to oversee field operations, lead project crews, and ensure exceptional service delivery across moving, installation, packing, and delivery projects. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys leading teams in the field, and takes pride in delivering high-quality client experiences from start to finish. About the Role The Project Coordinator serves as a key leader for field operations teams, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role acts as the bridge between clients, field crews, and operations leadership while supporting training, quality control, inventory management, and day-to-day project execution. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, operational awareness, and the ability to problem-solve in real time while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Supervision Lead and oversee field crews on installation, packing, moving, and delivery projects Set clear expectations and maintain high performance standards Promote teamwork, accountability, professionalism, and positive culture Coach and support team members through training and development Client & Team Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams Conduct team meetings and communicate operational updates Educate clients and staff on company procedures and services Ensure client satisfaction throughout project completion Operations & Project Management Utilize operations software to track jobs, KPIs, and performance metrics Support team training on operational systems and technology Communicate process improvements and feedback to leadership Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges Documentation & Inventory Control Complete and review job documentation including: Bills of Lading (BOLs) Condition Reports Supply Lists Inventory records Track labor hours, tools, and materials for invoicing purposes Ensure accurate tagging, photography, and storage organization Job Execution Oversight Supervise moving, packing, delivery, and installation activities Train staff on proper handling of furniture, artwork, and specialty items Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Safety & Damage Resolution Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Participate in safety meetings and promote safe work practices Manage damage inspections, reporting, and resolution communication Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 3–5 years of experience in: Field operations Moving and logistics Installations Delivery services Customer service environments Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Valid driver’s license required Must pass background check and drug screening Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, and equipment handling Comfortable working in warehouse, field, and driving environments Why Join This Team?
