The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA to hire a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, for their Cardiopulmonary Department. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cardiopulmonary care to patients across a variety of settings. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent respiratory care and support positive patient outcomes. Schedule: Full-Time | Nights What You’ll Do Responsibilities include: Performing respiratory assessments, treatments, diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures Monitoring and managing patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities Collaborating with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Providing clinical guidance, education, and technical support to healthcare staff Operating and maintaining respiratory therapy equipment Responding effectively in high-pressure, emergency and critical care situations Supporting additional departmental and patient care duties as needed What We’re Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & remain calm under pressure Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills Licensure & Certifications Active Georgia Respiratory Care Professional License required NBRC Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and NRP certifications preferred All certifications must remain active throughout employment If you're committed to delivering outstanding patient care and looking to join a dedicated healthcare team in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains, where your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful impact on patients' lives., we encourage you to apply today.
