Registered Respiratory Therapist – Flexible Shifts (Full-Time |PRN | Days, Nights, Weekends) The Staff Pad is partnering with Blue Ridge Medical Center, located in Blue Ridge, GA to find a compassionate, dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. What You’ll Do As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality cardiopulmonary care to patients across a variety of settings. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent respiratory care and support positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include: Performing respiratory assessments, treatments, diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic procedures Monitoring and managing patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities Collaborating with physicians, nurses and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Providing clinical guidance, education, and technical support to healthcare staff Operating and maintaining respiratory therapy equipment Responding effectively in high-pressure, emergency and critical care situations Supporting additional departmental and patient care duties as needed Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care every shift What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, passionate about improving patient outcomes, is confident working independently, communicates effectively, and remains calm under pressure. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong critical thinking communication and interpersonal skills Emotionally mature with the ability to perform effectively under stress Licensure & Certifications Active Georgia Respiratory Care Professional License required NBRC Certified or Registered Respiratory Therapist preferred Current BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS and NRP certifications preferred All certifications must remain active throughout employment Why Join Blue Ridge Medical Center?
