Sr. Supply Planner

Senior Supply Planner Location: Earth City, MO (Hybrid – 3–4 days in-office/week) Overview Owns end-to-end supply planning for finished goods in a fast-paced CPG environment. Serves as the link between demand, inventory, and suppliers to ensure product availability, manage risk, and optimize cost and service levels. Key Responsibilities Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements Support cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years of supply or production planning experience (CPG preferred) Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory system experience APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred Success Metrics Inventory turns and stockout rate (≤2%) PO accuracy and cycle time Forecast accuracy and on-time delivery Cost savings achieved
