As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play an important role in supporting our recruitment operations for the Japan region. Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partner and the Head of TA, you’ll help us identify, engage, and onboard the next generation of high-performing professionals who will drive Third Bridge’s growth.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, casual calls with candidates and data management.
Manage job postings across internal and external job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, OpenWork, JPort, university portals).

Conduct research on hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and university partnership opportunities.
Help compile recruitment metrics and prepare weekly or monthly reports for leadership meetings.

Assist in planning and executing university events, such as career fairs, info sessions, and workshops.
Help create content for recruitment campaigns and social media (e.g., LinkedIn posts, event recaps, visuals).

Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners in Japan to ensure smooth candidate and stakeholder experience.
Participate in team meetings, brainstorms, and cross-country coordination initiatives.

2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an in-house talent acquisition environment
Proficiency in Japanese (written and oral, JLPT N1 level or equivalent) and business-level English.
Commitment to work at least 6 months
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute.

Insight into how global hiring strategies are executed across multiple markets.
