Third Bridge is scaling a brand-new partnerships function, and we need someone to own the relationships that make it work.

This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic partners spanning AI platforms and financial data infrastructure, shaping how Third Bridge's research gets embedded as the first-party data source across the investment community. By knowing your book inside and out you’ll discover where the opportunities are.

Responsibilities

You'll be running the relationship end-to-end, from renewal to expansion:

  • Own the relationship cadence: Run QBRs, working sessions, and executive syncs across your partner portfolio — spanning names like Anthropic, Snowflake, Databricks, and Bloomberg — so partnerships are actively managed, not reactive.
  • Drive commercial execution: Lead renewal conversations and expansion discussions independently, escalating only the calls that carry real material consequence.
  • Build the engagement plan: Develop a bespoke plan per partner, identifying the two or three highest-value opportunities over the next 6–12 months — new integrations, co-marketing moments, joint product work.
  • Translate across functions: Turn partner requirements into clear briefs for product, engineering, and marketing — you're the interpretive layer so nothing gets lost between technical and commercial conversations.
  • Report on what matters: Feed portfolio insights into the weekly CEO reporting pack and biweekly partnership steerco, keeping usage, pipeline, and renewal tracking sharp.

  • Commercially exposed experience: Work with partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, or key account management — ideally within financial data, information services, or B2B SaaS.
  • A track record owning senior relationships: You've run commercial conversations independently with external stakeholders, not just supported someone else's.
  • Commercial fluency: You can read a partnership agreement, model a revenue outcome, and know what actually matters in a renewal or expansion.
  • Cross-functional range: You're comfortable working across product, legal, marketing, and finance to get partner commitments delivered.

  • Vacation: 25 days (increasing to 28 days after 2 years) plus UK Bank Holidays.
  • Learning: Personal development allowance of £1,000 per year.

  • Health and Wellbeing: Private medical insurance, healthcare cash plan, mental health events, and Ride to Work scheme.

  • Future and Family: Pension contributions of 4% (increases with tenure) and life insurance (4x base salary).

  • Flexibility: Work from anywhere for one month per year, 2 annual volunteer days, 2 personal days, and 'Summer Fridays'.

  • Rewards: Points-based recognition programme for hotels, gift cards, and more.

  • Social: Optional gatherings, daily breakfast/snacks, and regular social events.

  • ESG: Strong commitment to CSR and Diversity & Inclusion (including Women at Third Bridge, Pride, and Blkbridge).

  • Frontline Innovation: Your chance to share ideas for improvement through AI-focused Hackathons and other innovation events.
