  • You'll be joining the Marketing Team, working at the intersection of design, performance, and paid social - and your work will go live fast. Your creatives will be tested, analyzed, and iterated at real scale, with real media budgets behind them. Day to day, you'll design, produce, and iterate visual assets for Tidio across Meta Ads - our key channel. That means static ad creatives built to convert, video ads and AI UGC produced end-to-end, and a constant stream of new variants to test.
    You'll own the full creative loop: from hook ideation and scripting, through generation and editing.

    • Own the full creative cycle - from trend-spotting and concept development to video generation, editing, and analysing results.

    • Produce a weekly batch of new ad concepts with documented hypotheses, test results, and learnings.

    • Run structured creative experiments to identify winning hooks, formats, and messaging angles.

    • Analyse performance data (hook rate, CTR, CAC) and iterate fast - kill what doesn't work, scale what does.

    • Research competitor creatives in the Meta/Linkedin Ad Library/other sources and maintain a swipe file of high-performing references.

    • Map Tidio's product strengths against competitor gaps to build differentiated creative angles.

    • Build and maintain repeatable UGC production workflows.

    • Repurpose top-performing ads across formats and placements.


    • Hands-on experience designing performance ads for SaaS, e-commerce, or D2C.

    • A track record of shipping high-volume paid social creative - you've personally produced 50+ ads/month, you know 80–90% will fail, and that's completely fine with you.

    • At least 1–2 winning creatives that drove sustained, long-term performance - you can point to them and explain exactly why they worked.

    • Daily fluency with trend research - you actively monitor FB Ad Library, TikTok trends, and competitor pages, and you extract actionable patterns, not just inspiration.

    • Hands-on production from start to finish - you write copy, shoot, edit, and ship.

    • Analytical creative thinking - you pair your output with performance data, kill losers fast, and double down on what wins.

    • Genuine product and competitor curiosity - you click through Tidio and competing products on your own, and you build a point of view before anyone asks you to.

    • A strong understanding of the paid social funnel - you know how hook, body, and CTA work together, and what separates a top-funnel creative from a retargeting one.

    • A fast, iterative working style.

    • Active knowledge of social media trends - you know what's working on Meta and Reels right now, not a year ago.
