We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Quality Engineer who brings decisiveness, strong decision-making, and expertise to the table. Responsibilities

→Provide direction and leadership to manufacturing and suppliers regarding process improvements and effective countermeasure techniques for non-conforming goods and warranty
→Responsible for leading corrective and preventive actions for assigned commodity
→Drive aggressive implementation plans and schedules
→Prioritize work and manage time with limited guidance
→Conducts supplier audits and dispositions supplier ability to meet company objectives for safety, quality, & delivery
→Additional duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical background
Strong blueprint reading skills
Deep understand and knowledge of AQPQ
Strong analytical and research skills
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred

This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Travel: up to 25 – 30% (domestic and international)
