Purpose description, summarising the contribution to the wider company strategy & goals.
The Senior HR Auditor is responsible for the delivery of the certification process for regional clients participating in our annual programmes across the globe. He/she supports the clients in submitting the survey and validating its answers to ensure the certification process is objective and diligent. Also, the Senior HR Auditor supports internal and external knowledge transfer by writing articles and helping to prepare connect events. He/she helps with the selection and training of new colleagues in the Certification Cluster.
In addition, he/she manages a specific part of the team to support the Regional Certification Manager, in facilitating the local team dynamics, supporting the team in the delivery and coordinating their activities.

· Support the onboarding of their clients and lead the delivery of the Certification process for regional Clients.
· Carry out a range of quality assurance activities for regional Clients.
· Support the delivery of international clients (validation of affiliates/local entities), align with other HR
Auditors, and report potential issues to the leading colleagues.
· Analyse data and results to carry out results sessions for regional clients.
· Analyse data and results to carry out group result sessions for international Clients.
· Offer Insights for local, regional & international clients.
· Gather insights and best practices from colleagues and clients to write articles to publish on social media or
via media partners.
· Act as contingency Replacement for Lead HR Auditors.
· Participate and support the interview process of new hires. Be present when the case study is presented by
the applicants, summarize your assessment, and share it with the Hiring Manager.
· Become the onboarding Buddy for new joiners within the Certification Cluster
· Support other functions and be the communication link between Certification Cluster and other stakeholders
within the organization.
· Contribute to product development, pilot testing new products and delivering new seals.
· Contribute to the development of the HR Best Practices Survey.
· Help updating process related material (e.g., Email templates, Webinar Slides).
· Promote events, connect participants, and host local events.
· Support Director, Certification & Delivery in managing some team members to enable them to deliver
according to expected standards.
· Manage and report on team performance, drive recruitment and training activities, team meetings, and
projects follow-up.
· Act as a representative of the Director, Certification & Delivery when needed.

General Experience
- Master’s degree in HR (or equivalent).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR (generalist or specialist roles).
- Previous experience in an international company (250-10 000 with international presence). Experience in a multinational company (more than 10 000 employees, regional HQs, Global HQ) is an advantage.
- Excellent HR Knowledge.
- Advanced client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Preferred residence: Amsterdam or Germany
- Knowledge & experience in the local market is needed
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, autonomous, and fast learner.
- Are considered as plus:
- Second language proficiency (professional level): preferably German or Polish
- Previous experience in people/team management
- Experience with difficult stakeholders’ management.
- Experience in coaching
