Objective & Direction
In this role you’ll gain hands-on experience contributing to global marketing campaigns for one of the world’s leading employer certification organisations. Support the creation of visual assets for global marketing campaigns, helping ensure strong, consistent and engaging brand execution across channels. The role is focused on hands-on design work while learning how creative contributes to campaign performance.

Scope (what / not)
✔ Create visual assets (emails, social, landing pages, presentations)

✔ Support campaign creatives and adapt global assets

✔ Work with brand guidelines and templates

✔ Support ideation with the campaigns team

✔ Explore and experiment with AI-assisted creative tools to support content and visual production

✖ No ownership of full brand strategy

✖ No independent campaign ownership

✖ Limited stakeholder management

Will likely report into our Designer or another marketing team member

Requirements (experience, tools, skills)

· Education: MBO or HBO in Graphic Design / Creative Media

· Comfortable using design tools such as Adobe CC, Figma, Canva

· Strong eye for detail and branding

· Creative mindset and willingness to learn

· Ability to follow guidelines and feedback

· Interest in emerging creative tools and AI-assisted design workflows

Location
Netherlands (hybrid – minimum 1 day per week in our Amsterdam office)

Intern Salary

Standard internship compensation (as per company policy) 600 euro per month
