About the Role

As the Brazil Growth Lead, you are an operator sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Data, Product, and Sales. Unlike traditional demand marketing, this role is a Growth Engineer focused on building automated systems that eliminate manual work to accelerate funnel velocity. You will own the middle and bottom of the funnel, turning data signals into high-scale growth campaigns to build a self-sustaining innovation flywheel.

 

The ideal candidate possesses a growth mindset, and is obsessed with precision. You will work closely with the BR Marketing Pods, Sales, and GTM Engineering to ensure our growth program aligns with the Revenue org’s initiatives.

  • You are a Low-Code Architect: You are comfortable with tools like Clay and Claude Code to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach.
  • You are Sales Aligned: You understand what Sales teams need and how to partner with SDRs and AEs to make them more effective.
  • You think from First Principles: You break problems down to their fundamental truths rather than relying on industry best practices.
  • You are grounded in the scientific method: You form a hypothesis based on data, execute the experiment and report back on results and learnings. 
  • You embody Extreme Ownership: You operate with high accountability and responsiveness to solve critical funnel leaks or launch global campaigns.
  • Build Automated Growth Systems: Connect our growth stack to build hyper-targeted audiences and automated outreach based on intent signals.
  • Execute Full-Cycle Campaigns: Hands-on launching and optimizing high-scale motions.
  • Drive Lifecycle Automation: Orchestrate the funnel through the customer lifecycle, using product signals to trigger expansion motions.
  • Partner with GTM Engineering: Leverage all available tooling and people to automate gifting and outreach that are currently manual.
  • Own the Results: Drive measurable impact on Sales Qualified Leads, Pipeline, and ROI.
  • Ability: Proven experience in data engineering and workflow automation. Power user of the growth stack, specifically Clay and AI-agentic tooling.
  • Will: An iterative approach to problem-solving and a scientific experimentation mindset.
